Depends what you mean by bizarre. There are many genetic conditions with highly complex presentations at any age, chorioathetoid cerebral palsy being an example with uncontrolled writhing movements. Ehlers-Danlos is a condition with many subtypes that can lead to people dislocating joints very easily, like when walking. Many people who’ve had strokes will have peculiar symptoms, neglect, blind spots, spasticity in the arms or legs. In the hospital, the most bizarre tends to be behavioral and people who have been living off the grid for years and hoarders. With legal marijuana in my state, patients come to the clinic having just smoked and this alters their behavior... just a bit.
