Viviana’s Answer
Hello Jakyiah,
Hope you are doing well . Right now the person I admire the most is my mom . Before the pandemic I thought I knew her , her likes and dislikes and well her life , but honestly I didn´t . I forget that she had a life before having children and there is just a lot to learn from her She is a great human being , she is kind and extremely brave . She is a key person in my life , and helps me to keep my feet on the ground . I have learned a lot about her in this quarantined and difficult year and I just know that better things are ahead for me and for humankind .I think the key to her personality is love , she does everything with love .I want to give half the love she gives someday

I look up to people who are authentic to themselves. It's hard to be comfortable in your own skin in a world constantly telling you to be "more" or "better." Guess what? You're enough as you are. There are always areas for growth and that's what makes life fun!

My former HR Manager. They are a great communicator. When giving advise, they give details and provide the explanation of how it works to your advantage. They are very uplifting and always have a positive attitude. They focus on the things they you are, and not on the things you are not. They are a great role model.

Gloria’s Answer
Hi jakyiah,
Right now, the person that I look up to the most is my boss. He is honest, optimistic, and passionate about lifting people up. So what do I mean? My boss is a person who doesn't tell me what I want to hear, he tells me what I need to hear. That is not always fun or easy to hear. He is about making sure that you are thinking about the other side of an issue (like an argument with a coworker) as well as thinking about how I could do better. He knows that the only way that people can get better, is knowing where you can improve and grow. He also allows sees the potential in any situation. That takes optimism. He is the guy who points out the silver lining in a rainstorm. Lastly, he uses his voice to lift up other people. He has given my name for great opportunities at work, including volunteering to help people who I may not have connected to otherwise. I am a very shy person at work. Many of the great opportunities that I have had at work is because my boss lifted up skills when I could not do it for myself. In many ways, he is one of the most selfless people that I know.
