Yes, there are jobs that do not require a lot of education. Project Management which requires a certification as well as Call Center Representative. Please keep in mind that you can start at the bottom and work your way up because experience is the key.

I don't have a direct experience in this but a lot of works like ATC (Air traffic controller) don't require a lot of education but a lot of training for that particular jobs. I am sure there are other particular jobs which are very similar to this.
