Buddy, with all due respect, can you phrase your question a little better?
I see three potential things that you're looking to do: continue to play sports when playing them through school extracurricular programs are no longer available involved with sports, making money from playing sports, and joining the NFL. These are three very different things.
The most realistic-to-achieve of those three goals is the first; thankfully, it's easy as well. You're definitely not the only person who wants to play sports for as long as they're able, and local clubs and gyms and sports centers and churches and similar communities will always have casual leagues for whatever you're looking for.
For the second, I used to work with a guy who played in an amateur adult football league - he paid a fee, the organization marketed their games, and I think that there was potential to earn money by playing if enough of a crowd showed up consistently enough. You could look into independent content creation, posting videos or TikToks or whatever of yourself working at whatever physical activity interests you, though showmanship and video editing and consistently making content are probably more important in that pursuit than the actual activity that you're doing.
Joining the NFL? I don't even know. I'm fairly sure that they find you if they want you.
Good luck!
