College transitions.com answers this. It has @ “ best colleges for pre-med students “ article. If you tap on “viewed in our dataverse” in that article it shows “ top feeders to medical schools”. It also says that 64% of med students come from “moderately selective” or “ extremely selective” undergrad programs. More good info there, but somewhat daunting. You don’t have to go to the top universities but a “sufficiently selective one” can get you a better education.
I went to a “sufficiently selective” university and it was hard to get an A. After learning how to study at a competitive university I took a junior year two quarters at the big State university , the other students were far less competitive, so it was easy to get A’s, especially in science.

Hi. Xavier university of Louisiana is a great school of your considering a career in medicine. They are one of the schools with the highest rate of students going to medical school.
Also any college with an attached medical school is a good option and it can be easy to find a mentor.
