What are some positives and negatives of working as a pediatrician?

I'm asking that cause I really want to be that when I get out of college and I was wondering what are somethings that I want to look forward too and somethings I should be worried about. Hopefully this can help me either keeping wanting to be that or maybe it can change my mind. #pediatrician

positives :
1. you treat children and when they get better..you have a happy family..
2. you will never be short of patient counts.
3. you will never be jobless.
4. they are in high demand.

negatives
1.not just a child,,but majority of time, you also have to "treat/counsel" a histrionic or angry or exhausted irritable mother/family..which is time consuming with no extra financial reimbursement.
2.you will compete with Family practice physicians.
3.crying , screaming unhappy kids...your office will be noisy..
4.child abuse cases that requires involving child protective custody,,( too much social work like things to be done ) ...
5. quite a bit guess work since kids and some ( if not all or majority) of parents are poor historians..
