The answer depends on a lot of factors:
- The college
- The field of engineering
- Your interests/efforts
- Hard work


Anyhow, getting just a 'job' shouldn't be very hard. But to get a job that you want, you need to work hard-er.


Decide what interests you and work for it.
Your first goal should be to get into a good college. Good things will follow! :)

On top of my precedessor mentioned please include factors:
- Your location (consider relocation if needed)
- Economic stage in country you live in
- Timing (when company is opening for candidates)

Focus on having the best qualifications and be constantly open and look at the job market.
