- Take a look at your schedule to see what courses are you going to take in Fall 2017.
- Consider what tools and knowledge that will help you to be one of the top students.
- Check your personal/work/school schedule for events that you must attend.
plan accordingly.
For example I will have upper division class about Transport Phenomena (Chemical Engineer)
- I find a book and open it, I see differentiation and integration.
- During summer, I am available and review it (fast, not learning page by page but consider learning what I should know for the next course.)
- I only need the important part, the part that not so important, skip it.
By doing this, I can know what will I have to learn in the coming semester, and review for my own good.
Note: Statistics is always the best tool to know, if you know how to use it, it is the key to success. Many people might think you are jerk asking what is the mean of test score, is the test follow the normal distribution, what is the standard deviation? If you know the 3 answer, you can predict your ranking in class and know how much effort you must put in.
So Learn how to use Statistic.
