To make it to the FBI, there are several list of most common degrees but you should consider what interests you and you might want to do if you don't get in. I couldn't find specific data but it sounds like only a tiny fraction of applicants become Special Agents. So you really want to have a plan B. That could be local law enforcement and having a relevant degree like criminal justice may help.
