To make it to the FBI, there are several list of most common degrees but you should consider what interests you and you might want to do if you don't get in. I couldn't find specific data but it sounds like only a tiny fraction of applicants become Special Agents. So you really want to have a plan B. That could be local law enforcement and having a relevant degree like criminal justice may help.

https://www.fbijobs.gov/sites/default/files/testing-overview.pdf lists the test you have to pass to get accepted and https://www.baltimoresun.com/news/bs-xpm-2002-03-26-0203260186-story.html#:~:text=Of%20the%2070%20percent%20who,spots%20at%20the%20FBI%20academy. says only 17% of applicants get to compete for a small # of Quantico Academy spots.

https://www.usnews.com/education/best-colleges/articles/how-to-become-an-fbi-agent-and-why has a pretty good overview of the requirements and list criminal justice, accounting (Certified Public Accountant), postgraduate certifications in cybersecurity, or a master's degree in a science, technology, engineering or math disciplines.
