Something to think about is where you stop being interested. Is it that it looks like too much work? Is it boring? Why are you interested in these things in the first place? Could it be that you afraid to get too deep into any one thing? Is there a connection or common thread about what you're interested in?
Those are a lot of questions that only you can answer. From what you've said you are interested in (acting, editing, photography, programing) there are elements of creativity that seem seem to connect them, suggesting a theme. If that is the case, then at the very least you know that creativity is an important aspect of whatever you would be doing. It could be other things. But again, only you will know the answer to that.
Now what you actually do: Commit to one of these paths. Really get in it, like Mickael said; have deadlines, work with people, commit to expectations and see what shows up for you. Are you enjoying what you're doing? Do you feel sufficiently challenged? Do you want to do more? All of those things will present themselves and help you determine what you do next. If it absolutely doesn't work, choose the next item on your list. You'll get a lot of valuable information about yourself in the process and the things that are important to you and your career. But you have to get off the fence and move forward. It's the only way you'll find out what works.
So take a deep breath, choose a path, and let it unfold in front of you.

Hi Bharat,
For folks who are multi-talented like you can do wonders.. Items that you have listed are some of the hard skills you have .. You should also list down some of the soft skills along side this. Things you enjoy doing and the qualities you have. Topics like effective communication, interacting with people, organizing skills, what motivates you etc. Then you start drawing parallels to both your list. Have you considered Event management ? Start up with a simple website, expand your contacts.. Things you are really good at, do it yourself. Some of them, find the right partner to do it for you. Focus on quality and customer service. It's a gem of a field.

Hi Bharath,
I believe your main problem is that you get excited with new things and then get bored once it is getting too repetitive. The thing is find yourself a challenge in those areas may be difficult.
But, this is quite different when it comes to making a real project and/or career. I tend to get bored at coding my own projects at home when I used to code at home, I quite never felt bored at work. Because every day is a different challenge. I strongly believe the same applies to the other topics as well. Once you start getting around with others, having to get deliverables that you may not have chosen or thought about or have to push yourself to succeed in your current project, you do not have time to get bored. In fact, because you will be learning new techniques or new approaches, that may keep your interest in that topic.
Seek something you are ok at or better. Then think about solving situations in that something. For example, even in acting, there might be some challenging situations to act and possibly try to think if you'd like to overcome or just give up. If you find one something where you do not give up, then that something is probably what you may start your career in. In you give up on all, then retry without giving up.
