Hello!
Depending on your experience level and what types of companies you are looking for, you can find various internships online to apply for.
To start, I would look through jobs at startups at https://angel.co/ in the location (or remote) that you are in and search for "internship" in the search bar. You should be able to see a variety across roles that are more focused on talking with people or clients (sales, account management/customer success, customer service), and other functions that will be more operational roles without as much client interaction (marketing, operations, finance).
Additionally, Linkedin has the ability to filter roles by clicking the "internship" box and is a great resource that companies use to post internships.
Hope this helps!

Hi Christina! A great way to look for internships is LinkedIn. Once you see an internship that interests you, you should start connecting with some people in the company via LinkedIn and set up meetings to talk to them about their role and any questions you have. This will benefit you because then the people looking at your resume will be able to put a face to a name. Another great resource are career fairs if you are attending college! For career fairs, you should research the companies coming to the career fair before you go so you know a little bit about the companies you are interested in talking to.

Hi!
Virtual career fairs (hosted by your university) are a great way to find internships. This is because you can have conversations with employees and recruiters. Indeed is also a useful website to find internship opportunities. In my experience, I found more job postings through Indeed compared to LinkedIn.
If you really want to intern at a specific company, a good strategy would be to reach out to alumni (of your university). These alumni can refer you to internship positions, which significantly increases your chances of getting an interview. Instead of directly asking for a referral, try to schedule a chat where alumni can learn about you and you can learn about their job. LinkedIn / email are two of the many ways you can contact alumni.
Take care,

Hi! Depending on where you're based/how old you are you can apply to programs such as Genesys Works and Year Up where they can help you with your professional development and find an internship for you! You can also look directly at companies you would be interested in working with and seeing if they offer any direct internship opportunities. Also, be active on LinkedIn! Start adding people who work in fields that you are interested in and introduce yourself to them. They may not always be available to talk, but a lot of people will be open to speaking with someone who is newer to the workforce.
