What is the best course(s) to take for a degree in environmental sciences specifically in wastewater?

I need a degree to further my career in wastewater treatment. I have 14 years on the job at a treatment plant and I have a Class IV Wastewater Operator license and an Advanced Industrial license. #biology #biochemistry #microbiology

Microbiology- A course that looks in certain bacteria's or virus's. It's typically a Pre-RN course but it familiarizes you to a specific branch, which of course would be found in a lot of waste water that would be too toxic for humans.

Ecology and Environment- Ahh, my favorite. Any JC, or University should offer some type of environmental course that would introduce you to the hazards and after math of waster/ waste water. Even if you choose to stay away from the wastewater topic I highly recommend taking this course. I allows you to critically think about the consequences of our daily lives and how all organisms are affected, due to waste, waste water, toxins, etc.
