RANJANI’s Answer

First of all I would like to congratulate you on your successful career in waste water for 14 years. I would like you to ask your self why do you feel the need to earn a degree? If you feel its for you to increase your knowledge and improve your understanding I would definitely recommend it. But if its only for increasing your job opportunities then it may not be as fulfilling. But its never too late to learn and it will help you appreciate the practical applications of your work in your career. I hope this helps.
