Are there any good online programs for nursing/medical field?

I am about to be a mother and as much as I want to go to a college on campus, it is going to be hard to find a babysitter with everyone I know working. #nursing #online-learning #mother

Suzanne’s Answer

Hi Kaylea,

I found a course in Texas that offers hybrid learning for an RN degree. Again, you will have to do clinical rotations in person, but that will be a bit down the road.

Please read all the information from the University of Texas RN program here: https://academicpartnerships.uta.edu/programs/bachelor-of-science-nursing.aspx

I am a retired RN (oncology). You will never regret earning your RN!!

Best,
Sue

I would recommend looking into Aspen university, they offer online courses at an affordable rate, however for any nursing degree you will have to do your clinicals in person. They will help you get that setup locally when it comes to that part.

I have done most of nursing classes online. You have to be organized and make dedicated time for your schoolwork.
Start by taking one online class in the basics like English or math, see how you like it. I have used Walden University and Pheonix.
