Where could good biological research jobs be found?

If I wanted to do research in biology, would I have to live in a city or work at a college or what other options would I have? #biology #research

Thank you comment icon Some larger universities often have summer research internships. Check at your school and ask your professors, but also do a quick google search. Good luck with your search! Caroline

Education is a great industry to look at because biological research can be done at a research-focused university which are located in many different cities.
If you want to study a certain species or phenomenon, then you will want to make sure you focus on a school in those regions where it exists/occurs.

Universities typically apply for special funding for research projects and that's why I recommend focus on the college/university avenue. Check out this website for a list of great resources https://www.aibs.org/careers/. Good luck in your future endeavors!
