Hey Kellie! Great question.

I had a tough time picking my engineering focus as well (I'm currently an electrical engineer). I think the best way to decide is to figure out what industry you would like to be in and what kind of work you would like to do after college. If its something software/hardware related, than electrical engineering is for you. If you liked chemistry and how things can be changed, chemical engineering might be for you. Take some time to ask people in industry what their day is like or students in that major. Shadowing is a great way to get a feel of the industry.

Good luck with your decision :)
