Bi. Do you want to teach abroad or study? If you are planning to study abroad then first think about the course which you want to study. Look for the country where you want to pursue your career. Once that is decided search for university in the country you select. Do a little research if they teach the course you are looking for. Also some courses are taught in native languages, look down for all the information if it is taught in English or and see if they require tofel/ielts/gre what are other pre requisite you will find all these information on the university website.
When trying to decide a particular country see what are the future opportunities in that country for the course you want to take, if the country gives sufficient visa extension for job search after the completion of your course, how much money will be required to complete the course. After having everything decided go for the exam and at the same time get all the required docs ready. All the best.

If you are looking for teaching job then look on the university page for open position try to contact any professor teaching there and look for the pre requisite for you to start teaching there.

For USA-

Academically, you need to take the TOEFL or IELTS exam to fulfill English language basics requirement. Then you either need to score well in SATs for undergrad studies, or GRE/GMAT for graduate studies. GMAT is usually taken by students aiming for business related degrees, GRE is usually taken by students interested in science degrees. Once you have taken the exam and have your scores, you apply to individual universities on their website, and send them your TOEFL and SAT/GRE/GMAT score via mail. You also need a statement of purpose, which is roughly a 2-page essay, that talks about your journey so far, and what your goals and purpose are out of the course you are applying for, as well as the country itself.

Financially, you need to show funds proof during visa interview, that covers your fees and partial living expenses.
