Well, I would start with a quick Google search about positions available. As I was doing some digging for you, I see that there are lots of jobs available where you would be training alongside of working directly in the field of clinical pathology. Every area is different and should be treated that way. So, results may vary based on your searches.
Another way to start browsing the field would be to look for clinical pathologists that are willing to have you volunteer your time or shadow them. This would be extremely beneficial as you will be networking, but, also, it will give you perspective and understanding of the work and those that took a similar path for obtaining their careers.
Honestly, do not limit your searches to internships. There are many opportunities that can be just as or more beneficial to you and the experience you would like to obtain. Continue working hard!

Hello Matthew,
I would start with your local medical institutes or even looking on the early career intern job boards (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed etc.). Plenty of opportunities are available for students who would like to see first hand how an idea of a career field can open up to many different positive outcomes to advance.
I would recommend looking in Medtronic, Abbott, or even Boston Scientific for internship possibilities.
