Hello! This is a very personal question, but I think what is most important is understanding that success and careers come in all shapes and sizes. Considering what you like to do versus what you don't like to do is a good first step. I might think of this from an academic stand point. Do you like science, do you like biology, do you like math? Think about the skills/classes that most interest you and start to think if the career in mind fits that.
Setting a goal is about finding the small things you like and the things you want to achieve and creating small steps along the way that can get you there.

Dear Jaquari, it is very nice that you have started to think about optimal career choices.
In addition to previous response, I would definitely recommend to dig deeper and ask more questions regarding the decent qualities that you already possess. Imagine, you think about helping others. The next step might be to decide which category of stakeholders you would like to help (e.g. animals, people). Chunk this category further into subcategory based on age group (e.g. children, adolescents, adults, elderly), species groups in case of animals (e.g. pets, mammals, marine world). Finally, when it is more clear which subgroup you would like to serve, you may guess about job placement (e.g. hospital, private clinic, school, zoo, etc.).
You mentioned qualities essential for social, humane professions, such as nurse, teacher, social worker, doctor. At the same time it is very important to observe those occupations in natural environment, for example, visit a hospital for one day or spend a weekend with an elderly person. Practical experience is one of the most effective way to investigate "skill-future job placement" correlation. Eventually, you may feel uncomfortable or nervous in one of the settings that I have already suggested, and it is also valuable source of feedback.
And never forget reconcile with inner feelings and demands!
Anyway, I wish you good luck in your endeavors and hope that you will find yourself.
Choose one of the qualities/skills that you possess (e.g. care, positivity, understanding)
Ask yourself whom you would like to help/support/contact in positive manner.
Narrow down your list of stakeholders to definitive categories (e.g. people, animals, governments, etc.)
Complement your ideal type of work with an ideal placement following the same sequence.
Try a secret buyer option and visit one of the potential job placements.

Hi, I am glad to hear that you possess so many lovely characteristics. These characteristics are essential to be good person and all kinds of careers.
I have noticed that you would like to be a doctor. Be a doctor, you can help a lot of people and your patients need your love and support indeed.
On the other hand, you can also consider other careers e.g. Teacher, Elderly Services, Counselor , Nurse, etc. If you would like to consider more career choices, you can try to start exploring the suggested the careers online. You can find out more and speak to the people who works in these careers or try to find any intern opportunities. The most important is what you are really interested.
