Yasemin’s Answer

Hi Mickeal ! Interesting question! In terms of skills and qualities many medical schools if not all, seek certain qualities for medical students who aspire to be a physician. As a physician, it is important to be a leader, a communicator, compassionate, empathetic and a critical thinker. These are just some qualities and skills, while there are many, as an oncologist I believe compassion and empathy would play a large role, but so would other traits and skills as well. I hope this helps!
