A "great job" can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. The first thing you should do is find out what it means to you.
For example, would having a great job mean..
- Having a job that is flexible enough for you to be able to travel and take frequent holidays?
- Having a job that makes you a lot of money?
- Having a job that incorporates doing all of the things that you love?
- Having a job where you like the people you work with?
Those are just a few questions to consider. Often, your "perfect job" (I put that in quotes because they rarely exist; every situation has something that's non-ideal) will consist of some of the things you want, but not all. For example again, I have a job where I work from home, I make a good salary, and I get plenty of PTO, but I am not as artsy with the things I do daily, and I don't get to have an in-person community, which I've really enjoyed in past positions. However, the things that are most important to me are the things that this job provides, so I consider it a great job.
The second thing I'd look at is what you like to do, and what kinds of careers line up with those things. You like video gaming, so wouldn't it be cool if you got paid to play? Or even got paid to make your own games? There are several jobs that could line up with that, like Software QA for gaming, Game Developer, Twitch Influencer, Product Marketing (focus on gaming), etc.
The key is to choose something that you will want to wake up to do, and that allows you to live the kind of life you want to live. If you can find that, you've done it! :)

Any job becomes great if it resembles your passion, interest etc.
Basically if you are doing a job what you like to do then that is the best job
