Hi Quiana,
To help the employers grow and scale, first we have to complete the task they assigned to us.
If we can not complete our work correctly, the employers will not take any advice you give.
Then, you can share some of your findings "unintentionally" with the employers.
It's good to have employers that accept any advice or even critics.
Sadly, most of the time, people tend to hold their egos.

Hey Quiana,
There are many ways to go about that. One of the few things I would say that is very important is:
1. Help cultivate culture within your company -
Your employees are very important when it comes to business growth and scale. This will help you attract new talent and retain current ones. It helps the organizations identity and have your employees feel like they belong to something.
I hope this insight was valuable.
Thank you.

Hi,
Great question! To help your employer grow, understanding and following their values is key. I have found that thinking out of the box and coming up with new ideas that would add to their growth has been very impactful. Being engaged with your Leadership Team and understanding the Corporate culture will also help you be able to add value.
I hope this helps.

Hi Quiana,
Be sure to take the time to become familiar with and to understand the Vision and Core values of your employer. Come to work each day with that perspective, align to your management's goals and deliver on what you say you will do. Listen to your leaders and the direction they're setting, and align to how you can apply your skills and knowledge to help the employer to grow and scale.

Good day Quiana.
I hope you are doing well! Your question is a very interesting one as it tries to gain insight into the culture of the company and how it can be leveraged to foster growth and efficiencies. Having a clear set of core values on how you work and lead within the company usually provides the guidelines that can be referenced to drive these two area of growth and scale. A clear communication of strategy goes hand in hand with this to set the direction for employees. Have regular discussions with your leaders to gain an understanding of the company's strategy, short and long term goals is critical. Understand how your core values can be applied to achieve those goals incrementally, always looking for ways to improve as you go along.
All the very best to you!
