If you google related fields you can find so much on this. This is a huge field that you would like and like going to work everyday. Have fun. I hope this assist you in your query. Molecular biology is a related area of specialization in this field. Researchers apply molecular approaches and techniques to many environments, from coastal ponds to the deep sea this could be many jobs for you to do in this field. I am not one for animal captivity however diving, study underwater would be wonderful. I understand this is a very beautiful job that is most interesting in most cases, There are, many different organisms, from microscopic bacteria, plants, and animals to marine mammals.
