Hi Aditi,
I think that Human Resources is a stable field as every company or business requires human resource support. And there are a wide variety of job roles to choose from. Many people move between HR roles throughout their career.

Hi Aditi,
I agree with above answer. 'Stable' and 'fun' are very subjective. And unlike several years ago, every field is fun and stable if you are passionate about it.
Since you are in ninth grade, you can start narrowing it down : science, commerce , art. What interests you better? E.g. : Arts. I would narrow it down again based on what interests the most . E.g. English, visuals art, physical education etc. Reach out to people who are working in the same/similar field and discuss to get an idea of what it is like. Explore short courses online to get a gist. A lot of tutorials are available on YouTube these days.
Also, don't be overloaded with the pressure of have only one year to choose. It's okay to switch careers if you think it would bring out the best in you. Good luck!

Great question Aditi. One you will often ask yourself in your career. I challenge you to rephrase the question to what do you enjoy doing? or what do you not enjoy doing? There are tonnes of options out there but figuring out what you don't want to do will help you decide your next steps. For example: do you like to present to people? would you like to work to a target - then a path in sales might be an option for you? are you curious in how things run and work? then perhaps a career in engineering computer science. Do you enjoy working with computers and robots? Do you enjoy teaching people? Then a career in Learning and Development. Looking through LinkedIn and seeing roles that exist is a fun way to explore what is out there. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. However, this is more a question you may need to ask yourself honestly. What do you interested on? What do you do you can find fun?
Doing something you are interested on, you would enjoy and have fun. Firstly, you may think about what subjects that you have interested in or any hobbies you have? Then, you can think about what careers are related to these subjects or hobbies. For example, if you are interested in Maths, would you like to be a Mathematician, a maths teacher, an engineering, etc.
You can then shortlist a number of careers that you may have interest on and find fun. Then, you can do more research how these careers work or speak to someone who really works in these careers. You can also seek advice from your school career counselor as well.
Finally, you can choose 1-2 career and determine the subjects you could take in college and find out the entry criteria.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
