The best way to find requirements for admissions to colleges and universities and specific programs in those institutions is to check the websites or contact an admissions counselor at schools in which you are interested. Spanish would be a helpful language to have with an agriculture degree if you want to work in communities where Spanish is spoken in the US or elsewhere. Agriculture is a diverse field with many opportunities from Agricultural Economics to Food Science to Farming. Best wishes.

Pick a few schools with Agricultural Science Department/School. Check the requirements of the specific school. Below are a couple of examples.

In your home state, Iowa State University doesn't require Spanish to enter the School. See the webpage - https://catalog.iastate.edu/collegeofagricultureandlifesciences/ . The last line on the page is "No foreign language is required for admission to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.". The language requirement depends on the School, Iowa State's School Engineering requires two years of a foreign language.

In other states e.g., University California, Davis has a Foreign language requirement for high school students entering University of California. Many students meet the requirement by taking Spanish 1 & Spanish 2 in High School.
