The possibilities are limitless, Arsh, and you have plenty of time to figure out what want to do with your career. Ultimately, it is your decision, and don't let anyone tell or make you feel like you are not capable. No one wakes up and becomes a master of mathematics; it takes practice and perseverance before becoming good at anything. You are at the prime age of brain development, which means now is the perfect time to develop the skills you need/want to end up in a field that makes you happy. No matter what stage in life you are in, you are never stuck. There are infinite opportunities out there, so if you find that you are not satisfied with your trajectory, all you need to do is alter your direction. Figure out what you like, then research careers in that field. Look into the educational and experiential requirements to achieve the position. What is a subject you consider yourself pretty good at? What subject do you enjoy? Look into careers that fit both of these criteria. What is the average salary? Does the salary align with a lifestyle you are comfortable living? What is the future outlook in the field? Is it oversaturated? Will you have trouble finding work once you've completed your education? How is the work-life balance? These are all questions to think about but you do not need to have it all figured out now.

Rebecca’s Answer

I am glad to hear that you would like to run your own business. In fact, there are businesses that may not require science. But, you still need maths to run business, e.g. calculate expenses, accounting, etc. Arithmetics skills is required.
Regarding the business types, you may start to consider what you are interested or you have strength on. E.g. Design, Sports, Entertainment, etc. You can identify a few industries. Then, you can further analyze the industries environment, e.g. how to enter the business, competition status, any substitutes, etc.
I suggest you could look for opportunities to work in the industry first so that you can acquire better understanding how the industry works, the business model, etc. And, if it is feasible, please start the business online. It can lower the start up cost.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
