The hardest part of my job is dealing with the customers who were upset calling in. They have yelled at every representative before they get to me the supervisor. I just listen. I let them vent. Sometimes they just want to be heard. I listen to their problem and try to empathize. Tell them "I am so sorry for the trouble this has caused, if i were in your situation i would feel the same way. Now it doesnt happen every time. But working in customer service we need to remind customers that we are humans too. We understand how they are feeling.
