It can be hard when other people can be difficult. It is important to always have a long term plan, do your best and stay true to yourself so that you don't worry too much about other people when they are rude or difficult.

When I first embarked on my career journey, I was as green as they come - that's the unvarnished truth! However, I turned this around by realizing that feeling out of my depth in a job signifies a learning curve. So, I allowed myself to embrace this discomfort for a good three months (even longer in some aspects!), as I polished my abilities in that field. Once I attained a certain level of ease for a while, I recognized it was time to seek another position that would push me out of my comfort zone, thus facilitating further growth!
If you're pondering "why are things done in this manner, it doesn't seem logical," then I would strongly urge you to voice your queries. There's no such thing as a silly question. We often fall into the trap of believing that competency equates to not asking questions, but my life experiences have taught me that the reverse is indeed true.
