For Child care it is important to have Childcare education as it gives lot of understand of Children behaviour. You need lot of patience and understanding of child care. Concentrate on education to get knowlege before you get into that.

Hi Lingbing
Childcare (whether it be Early Childhood Education, daycare or parenting) can be extremely rewarding - after all, you have input into the formation of someone else's life! Children often are full of curiosity, love and joy. On the other hand, as with other caregiving and service careers, giving of yourself everyday to young people who are completely reliant on you could become extremely draining. So there's definitely pros and cons.
If childcare is an avenue that you choose to pursue, I would also encourage you to build a strong network for your own personal support (people you can spend time with outside of work), and find ways to recharge yourself.
The other thing to consider is that your interest in childcare could be a stage in a career that then evolves into something else further along (for example, maybe you might end up creating a product that helps other caregivers, or managing a team of caregivers, etc). So if working with children is a passion, I would encourage you to start out, knowing that your subsequent steps may take you in a parallel or different direction.
All the best,
Diana
