Your dream job is a dynamic concept, evolving as you journey through life. It's shaped by your passions, motivations, hobbies, friendships, and lifestyle. While a select few have a clear-cut dream job that remains constant throughout their lives, most of us have aspirations that transform over time.
Here's a friendly piece of advice - keep your dream job aspirations broad. Ask yourself questions like the ones below to identify the general field you're drawn to. This approach gives you room to grow and adapt to changes, while still pursuing your interests.
- What activities bring you joy?
- Do you enjoy interacting with people?
- Are you fascinated by technology?
- Do you crave adventure and excitement?
- Do you have a soft spot for animals?
- Do you find working with computers appealing?
- Are you passionate about helping others?
Now, let's circle back to your question - what's my dream job? Well, it's all about improving things for others! While it may not be a conventional job, I'm deeply passionate about enhancing things for others and witnessing the transformative power of change.

I have my dream job that I've been working towards since I saw Star Wars when I was six years old. Getting the job took a lot of hard work, patience, and maybe most of all, luck. If you have a dream job, my advice is to start working towards it NOW in any and every way you can. This can be done by telling others about your aspirations, volunteering, learning, and doing.

I'd like to work for a training and development consulting firm. I love the processes of teaching and sharing knowledge but I never really thought teaching was for me. I love new challenges and solving problems. I think it would be super cool to consult with tons of different companies from many different fields on creating training programs to better enhance employee performance.
