Many colleges will have career or job fairs that are specific to the major/college that you are in. At my university they have a general careet fair for all majors and then my specific major also has a job fair. "The first and most important college-student job-search tip, for both underclass students and graduating seniors, is to visit your college or university career office (sometimes called a career services office). Most career offices provide college students with personal career counseling, job and internship listings, and other forms of job search assistance. Career offices also often run job shadowing programs, job fairs, recruiting programs, and other networking opportunities for students and graduates. They might also run workshops and seminars on various job search topics."

Hi Hussein,
Great question! Depending on the university you attend there might be different programs or departments that can help students get jobs on-campus or actual professional opportunities. It is very common for universities to have a career center where companies can reach out and post jobs, also they often offer services like resume reviews, mock interviews, and other resources to prepare you for applying for a job.
Other resources or opportunities available come in the shape of professional events or career fairs. Some universities have a time in which they invite companies into the campus to make a career fair where students can go and speak to recruitment teams and apply for internships, co-ops, or full time roles. Taking advantage of these opportunities is key as you should be seeking to gain experience while in college so you are a more competitive candidate by the time you graduate. Another option is professional organizations who have regional or national conferences. These are usually events where you can pay a registration fee and travel to the conference where you can participate in different workshops provided by different companies as well as a career fair where different companies and industries are there to recruit candidates.
Overall, these are some of the main resources you should be looking for while in college to find a job. A great way to be aware of these events is to join professional student organizations which are often aware of these events and also offer you experience which is valuable for employers. The more involved you are and the more you learn outside the classroom on leadership, communication, and work experience the better your chances to land your dream job out of college.
Hope this answers your question. Best of luck!

I would recommend that you contact your Career Services office at your college. Many assist students with resume writing, and interview prep. They offer job searches and postings for local positions, many have an online job search engine available to students. You should also contact your Financial Aid Office regarding work-study, student employment, and local internships. Good luck with your job search.
