If you're interested in orthopedics but not surgery you should probably explore other options than medicine. While there are a variety of options of subspecialties in orthopedic surgery (hands, spine, hips...) there is no orthopedic specialty that does not include surgery. If you do want to become a physician specifically, you could look into sports medicine which deals with physical fitness and prevention and treatment of injuries. Other career options include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and massage therapy. There are many options out there, one good way to see what would be a good fit for you is to see if you can follow people in the fields you are particularly interested in. That way you can see what their day looks like, learn from them, and ask them any questions you may have. Best of luck!

Agree, to get to/through med school, you gotta get through bio, chem, organic chem!

Have a think whether "doctor" is your goal, or something related to sports medicine, for example:
trainer
physical therapist
nutritionist
