how many hours are you usually working a day in a sports marketing job?

It depends. if you are working for a team, you can be working nights and weekends often. but if for a league or media company for example, it can be a normal 9-5* type job. I'd say the industry is harder working given the appeal of the industry.

I think that you should expect a regular working day, but there are sporting events and marketing events that you should probably expect to be at. I would say that these may be outside of a 9-5 schedule.
