Regardless of the occupation you choose, faithfulness, dependability, and hard work do not go unnoticed. Reward comes in the firm of more responsibility, financial compensation, and promotion. Promotion to a supervisory role, to coordinator roles, to advisory roles.

Good businesses want to attract and keep great workers. They want them rewarded and to insure they dont get stagnant or bored in their position. This country was built on the principle of self determinism. YOU are the one who controls your future. Work ethic and High Integrity separate the average, the good, and the great people. You control those.
