I also asked my local vet if I could shadow them for a few days. I was able to see how an office was run, sit in on exams and also watch some surgeries to really get a feel of what it would be like.

Hi Hanna! I hope you are great!

Well, there are a lot of careers that involve animals, I think you may wanna look into biology, zoology, veterinary... I think it depends on what kind of animals you wanna work with and in which aspect of their lives you wanna have an impact in. Do you wanna treat them in their sickness? Do you wanna care for them ? You want to do research about their life and help their preservation? If you look online for more information about your options you can see if there is a college or university you can go to :)

And most important, go follow your dream, you'll find the way, and remember you have plenty of time, don't feel pressured, you can choose now but you can always change your mind if you don't feel happy with your choices.
