Andres’s Answer

The most difficult thing for me has been to have a work life balance. Sometimes we get too caught up doing our job and helping others and neglect our families and ourselves.

Guadalupe’s Answer

One of the hardest things about working in the medical field, is that you never know what you’re gonna get. So many crazy things happen and problems arise that you have to be prepared for anything. This career definitely takes a major toll on your mental health and you have to be strong to deal with all the obstacles this job comes with. The schooling itself is stressful enough and the job can be too. Working in a toxic environment can also contribute to the hardships this job brings, but that will be in any career you decide to pursue.

But some of the stuff you see will definitely make you enjoy life more and be more grateful.
