Psychologists will need at least a Masters degree to do any sort of work as a "shrink." A Bachelors degree in Psychology will only allow you to do Social Work, Counseling, or research work. Actual Psychologists who help with diagnosing mental health disorders and getting patients linked up with a Psychiatrist (someone who actually prescribes medication and has a Doctorate in Psychology) need the six-year Masters Degree.

To become a psychologist you can start by majoring in psychology and then you would attend graduate school to get your Masters degree and depending on specifically what you were looking to do you might also need a Doctorate as well. There are a lot of different routes you can go with psychology. I would suggest just focusing on the first steps: finding colleges that have psychology as a major -there you be introduced to the different types of psychology (social, child, bio psychology, etc) as well as getting some field experience in your junior and senior year of college to see what speaks to you and that will help you figure out your next steps -as there are all kinds of psychologist and so many route you can take it. Don’t rush the process as you are in the 11th grade. Just start looking for some colleges with psychology as a major and if your high school offers any psychology classes (I know mines did -but that was long ago) definitely see if you can sign up.
