There is nothing that I know of that would prevent you and your spouse from working for the same law firm. However some companies have policies where an employee cannot be a manager or supervisor over their spouse. You and your spouse can work in the same roles, same department as co-equals.

Generally it depends on the individual business and what their limitations are. I would suggest that your spouse look into what the requirements are for the company or firm they are working for. Every one is different.
