Taking on a double major is a admirable task and highly recommended-particulary where the majors are both of personal interest to you and can be clearly leveraged against each other. The university you choose will determine how many credits will transfer from your CC and then calcualte if you can complete the doubel major in 2 additional years-assuming you are focused on a 4 year higher education pace. Combining a major and minor might be another option that may require fewer credits and allow for a 4 year timeline to completion (CC plus Univerity). Best of luck!!
Call office of admissions and ask the same question. they may require a formal application to compelte the task. A "good" school may have you speak directly to a career counselor who can make that calcuation for you absent the formal application.

Yes, you can double major at a UC if you meet the requirements for the double major which may vary from UC to UC. Typically you must be in good standing with your primary major and meet minimum GPA requirements. You may also need o complete both majors within a certain unit cap.

Yes, you're allowed to double major. As a community college transfer at UCLA. I went in as an Amerian Literature and Culture major, but then I decided to double major in Gender Studies and African American Studies with a Minor in English instead. I will caution that certain majors like psychology, won't let you major or double major if you're not accepted into the major during admission.
