Those are excellent grades !!! An A is still an A. Don't be too hard on your self. Most teachers curve the grades and you can always ask if you can take extra assignment or bonus. I wouldn't stress myself.

Getting all A's is a great achievement, it doesn't matter if they are low A's.
Grades are important, but there are other things that are equally important or even more important. Being resilient in the face of adversity is probably one of the most important abilities anyone can possess. Sooner or later, you will encounter a challenge you've never faced before and need to work harder than you knew you could to overcome it. Also be sure to focus more on learning concepts rather than the grades you are getting. You will need to learn throughout your career and not often get the kind of direct, frequent feedback on your understanding that grades provide.
