What you find fun is very much a personal thing; there's hundreds of different jobs in film and entertainment, and most of them are fun to at least someone.
Personally, I think modelling, props, and practical special effects could be really fun. I also know people that are super passionate about lighting and sound, and find setting up lighting rigs and mixer desks to be really fun. Some people find editing and compositing to be fun. Some people love the randomness and variety of playing lots of completely different minor parts as background actors or extras.

Hello! This is going to be personal to you, but here are some tips to narrowing down some areas!
1. What are your interests?
Do you want to work in film? TV? Social media? Runway?
2. Do you want to be more background or forefront?
On screen vs. crew?
3. Where do you live/are you willing to relocate?
Some areas are better suited for certain jobs based on their proximity to work.
