Hi Cierra - I'm sorry to see no one answered this one for you yet! Here's a link to a webpage: http://www.military.com/join-armed-forces/navy-weight-rules.html Basically, it really depends on your height. If you are working on shedding a few pounds, you're not alone. I suggest cutting out all sodas...period. I drink iced tea with real sugar, not high-fructose corn syrup (it pays to look at the ingredients). Also, don't eat anything after about 7 pm or so. Finally, always eat your veggies! Good luck!
