Hi,

The salary of an air hostess depends upon the type of the airlines, the reputation of the airlines, experience of the air hostess, etc. However, international airlines pay better salaries compared to domestic airlines. In domestic airlines, the initial salary of air-hostess ranges from ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month, which later on increases to ₹80, 000 to ₹ 1,25,000 with promotion and experience. Flight stewards also get the same salary. The initial salary in International flights starts from ₹ 50,000 per month.

Some airlines provide perks such as medical insurance, additional allowance, retirement plans, flight discounts to employees and family members.
