There are grooming locations that can teach you how to groom. You can always start working at a dog grooming business and learn as you go.

1. buy hair clippers and then make sure to use guards
2. turn on clippers to get the dog familiar with the sound of they make
3. give dog a bath and let dog dry off
3. start with long guards first and see how much fur is removed. keep down sizing guards until you find the desired length.
