Estelle’s Answer

I am a gynecologic surgeon and have been in practice for 30 years. I truly enjoy my job. It is challenging and interesting. I feel like I can positively impact the lives of my patients in a very palpable way. Performing surgery can be very stressful, and dealing with complicated cases exhausting. However, I have colleagues that I can call on for assistance when necessary, and I cannot imagine a more fulfilling occupation.
