I think for a nurse you can look for certificate programs. I know here in California some community colleges offer programs for healthcare like radiology technician, nursing, phlebotomist, etc. For an entrepreneur it'd be helpful to take basic business classes including accounting, marketing, etc. I have run my own businesses most were way before I got my BA in Business. It would have been better to take business first. That said I think the best would be identifying a genuine need, verifying the need, developing a solution to need and then marketing it.
I'd work on your spelling as well. Good luck and I'm excited for you on this next (ad)venture in your life.

Hi Erik,
A nurse, musician or entrepreneur -- that's quite a range of interests. I'd say that if you have ask yourself where you see yourself both thriving and where you'll have the most opportunity to make an impact. If music is your passion, look into music schools that offer degree programs in that area. If you have an interest is science and a passion for patient care, look into nursing programs in your area. You could also interview people in your community who are musicians or nurses to learn more about their experience. I'm not sure what kind of background you need to become and entrepreneur, but I'm sure you could find an autobiography or biography of someone you admire at your local library to learn more about their path to success. Hope this helps you get started.
