Hi Arlenna- to become a neonatal nurse your need to be a registered nurse so get a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Here are two websites you can look at - http://www.allnursingschools.com/articles/neonatal-nursing/ or http://www.fastaff.com/blog/4-steps-become-neonatal-nurse

Online I also found "The first step to becoming a neonatal nurse is to earn a diploma, associate's degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at a school accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission." After getting the nursing degree, you will need to work in a clinic or hospital to get some experience before being a neonatal nurse.

Hope that helps!
