What are the life term goals for being a nurse

Honestly, I cannot answer that for you. Each person is so different and there are an infinite number of career paths an RN can take. The choice is yours. You can work in a hospital, in the community, long term care facility, etc. You can also work at the bedside, outpatient, home-care, critical care, etc. The choice is really yours. If you know nurses the, ask them. If you don't know any nurses, your high school guidance counselor should be able to point you in the right direction. Lastly, you can do a google search for local nursing programs in your area. Once you find some, I would urge you to make an appointment for one of the advisors and ask all of your questions.
