Great Question! Work with your college's career center to create a strong resume. Attend as many career workshops, career fairs and networking events as possible.

You need to build a portfolio. There are many good examples on line. It should include several copies of your resume, a list of references, a somewhat generic cover letter all on resume appropriate paper. You should also keep all of this on a flash drive for quick updates or editing. You need to have envelopes and stamps as well. You need copies of any of your work, especially senior projects, studies or research you were involved in or projects that show what you can produce with the knowledge you've gained. Extra paper, envelopes, stamps, a business card file and a small journal for taking notes on businesses visited with at job fairs. There are more than likely groups meeting that can help you with the school to work transition. The topics range from interviewing to paying off student debt and much more. Try one! You're all in the same boat. Contact student life.

Hi Mounia!
The most important thing, besides studying hard to excel in all of your classes, is to excel in career exposure and networking - as 80% of those who get jobs get them through networking.
Let me know if and how this might help. Keep me posted. I would like to follow your progress.
