Whats difference between economy and business course?

Generally either major goes into the same types of jobs. Economists usually have a heavier quantitative background which inclines them to analytics jobs but a business major can break into those same jobs with the right skills. I would go for the major that interests you more and you can talk most positively about. Being able to sound personable when talking about your skill is huge!

Economics is a specialization within business. Generally, I don't believe there are as many job opportunities for people with economics degrees as compared to other types of business degrees. You'd probably have to specialize in teaching or professionally writing about economics. You could also work for the government in crafting economic policy, but I think a government or politics related degree would be important for that pursuit as well.

The main difference in the two degrees is that the business degree provides a broader general education, meaning graduates can work in a number of fields. Economics degree holders are a bit more limited when it comes to the scope of suitable workplaces.

BUSINESS DEGREE :- With an undergraduate degree in business, students will be prepared to work in the obvious fields of management and marketing, but they will also be able to easily apply their skills to virtually any industry. They can start their own business as well. Earning a business degree requires taking courses in a wide array of subjects like management, accounting, computer applications and finance. The addition of courses in business ethics, organizational behavior and social interaction will help students develop leadership skills and will give them an extensive knowledge of how to run a business.
It is extremely practical to choose to study business. Because the professional job market consistently needs business-savvy, qualified, degree-holding professionals, Business graduates will find enormous versatility when it comes to career options.

ECONOMY DEGREE :- Economics degree teaches students how to analyze and explain data. Therefore, courses in this program will require students to learn and apply mathematical theories and write papers explaining their findings. Calculus, statistics, micro- and macroeconomics and econometrics are a few examples of courses economics majors will be required to complete.
Economics degree holders may decide to work as economists in the private or public sectors, including academia and business. Economists also have the option to work as professors at colleges. Specialized may find work as industrial, monetary, financial, labor or international economists.
